The way I work with my clients is based on their individual needs, desires and goals. As coaching is self-directed, we will work at your own pace and learning style to accomplish the most we can in the time we have together. I want to make sure that you get what you are looking for as I am 100% committed to your success.

Average number of coaching sessions

12 sessions, however, it is up to you based on your individual goals and what you are looking to achieve. It is said that it takes 6 weeks to break a habit and 6 weeks to create a new habit.

Length of each session

1 hour for personal clients and up to 2 hours for executive clients

Frequency of sessions

Weekly or bi-monthly sessions take place via phone (both domestic and internationally) or face-to-face, if mutually agreed upon. This consistency helps you stay on track with your goals and insights. I also offer email support and additional phone support in between sessions in case you hit a roadblock or just want to share a success.


We will work together to identify attainable goals and to put a structure in place to accomplish them. In each session we will set action items together, and in between sessions you will be responsible for completing these. Completing these assignments along with your insights and learnings upon them are key to making this a successful partnership and propelling you forward.
